1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Amsterdam Bus services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Amsterdam Bus provides luxury coach, minibus, and chauffeur transportation services for individuals, groups, and corporate clients in the Netherlands and Europe.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or our website
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation
Full payment is due before the start of the service
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and approved payment methods

4. Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days before service: Full refund
3-7 days before service: 50% refund
Less than 48 hours: No refund
No-show: No refund

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully towards the driver, vehicle, and other passengers. Smoking, drugs, and excessive alcohol are strictly prohibited. Damage caused by passengers will be charged to the booking party.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. All vehicles are fully insured.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for non-performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or transport strikes.

8. Luggage

Each passenger may bring one suitcase and one carry-on. Additional luggage should be declared at booking. Valuables are the responsibility of the passenger.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
